Today the Early Years wing at Manav Rachna International School, Mohali, celebrated ‘100 Days of Early Years’ with a lot of enthusiasm and integration of learning concepts.
Celebrating 100 days was a great way for the little ones to learn various Numeracy, Language and Colour concepts that can be taught using the number 100. From the very first day of school, the children kept track of the number of days they had been in attending school in anticipation of the 100th day.
To mark the celebrations, the children made their own artwork related to this special day. It was heartwarming to see the efforts put in by the parents in dressing up their kids in accordance with the given theme: ‘100 Things on You’.
Various other activities were conducted too, like 100 reasons why we love our school, 100 hugs, 100 paint dots and so many more!
A collaborated activity was conducted by the little ones where they invited everyone attached with Early Years to create a huge formation of the number 100. The kindergarten children along with all the Early Years Teachers and nannies were a part of this fun activity.
It was definitely a memorable day for everyone who was a part of the ‘100 Days of Early Years’ celebrations.
