Ojaswini and Ojasv, students of MRIS Mohali, achieved record-breaking success at the Shubhankar Sharma Invitational Tournament in Panchkula

In an extraordinary display of talent, Ojaswini and Ojasv, students of MRIS Mohali, achieved record-breaking success at the Shubhankar Sharma Invitational Tournament in Panchkula. Ojaswini’s exceptional performance saw her achieve an astounding 18 under par, marking both her personal best and the highest score across all categories. Her victory was resounding, with a remarkable margin of more than 30 strokes.
Not to be outdone, Ojasv delivered his career-best performance as well, playing 10 under in 18 holes over two days. His impressive score secured him a win with an 8-stroke lead, standing as the second-best score in the tournament across all categories, following closely behind Ojaswini.

The rare scene of siblings finishing as the top two scorers in the same tournament reflects the exceptional skill and determination that runs in the family, etching a memorable chapter in the record books.

Farewell to the remarkable Class of 2023-24

As we bid a fond farewell to the remarkable Class of 2023-24, we reflect on the indelible mark left by each student at Manav Rachna International School. In retrospect, Mr. Farewell, Eknoor Singh, graced us with his charismatic presence, while Ms. Farewell, Pallavi Arora, radiated elegance and warmth. The Star Performer, Anisha, captivated hearts with her stellar performances, and Creative Catalyst Priyansh Kakkar inspired with boundless creativity. Aniket, the Show Stopper, owned the stage with magnetic presence, and Digvijay Jyani, the Cinematic Charmer, transported us to worlds unknown. Best Dressed, Jiya Sidhu, set new fashion benchmarks, and Ira Thakur, the Golden Globe Diva, exuded charisma and grace. The farewell evening, organized by Grade XI, featured dance, music, games, and a spectacular ramp walk, creating an unforgettable send-off for our graduates. Manav Rachna International School, Mohali believes in learning experiences where children are exposed to the process of deep understanding and discovery. In tandem with the forthcoming event ‘Cinque’, marking 5 glorious years of MRIS Mohali, children of Grade 1 visited the ‘Dev Darshan Dhoop’ factory and learnt about the production and packaging process of various types of incense sticks.

The students were happy and enlightened with their newfound knowledge and adorable takeaways from the factory staff.
