MRIS Late Fee Fine Policy

(w.e.f. 01-10-2022 for 3rd Quarter Fees Dues Oct.22 to Dec. 22 and onwards)

Late Fee Fine Policy-

The Fees outstanding amount is in excess of Rs. 5,000 after the last date of fee payment as defined for each quarter then the Fine policy shall be applicable in themanner as stated below: then Late Fee will be levied as per below-

A. Rs.50, per day from 16th of the month for first seven days of default.

B. Thereafter, Rs.100, per day for each succeeding day of non-payment till month end.

C. Thereafter, Rs.200, per day for each succeeding day of non-payment from 1st day of next month till 14th of the month.

Re-admission Charges-

The fees dues (exclusive of late fines), on 15th of the following month of fee due, are in excess of Rs.5000/- then name of the students shall be struck off from the roll and shall be re-registered only on paying Rs.5,000 as readmission charges along with due late fee fine.
For the wards with continuous and subsequent quarter defaults, readmission charges will be applicable for each quarter default subject to default amount in excess of Rs.5000/- (exclusive of late fines).

NOTE- Late fee fine and re-admission charges will also be applicable to the wards of
the staff

Note: Amount of Fine for 1st Seven days of fee default :350/-
Amount of Fine for next Eight/Nine days of fee default : 800/- & 900/-
Amount of Fine for next 14 days of fee default : 2800/-
Thereafter, if fee default continues, readmission charges : 5000/-
Total : 8,950/- & Rs.9,050/-

         1. In Case of New Admissions for a New session

Fees are deposited at the time of admission and subsequently, withdrawal is initiated before the start of the session, parents shall be required to make an application in the prescribed form to the Head of School regarding the refund of security deposit and composite fee.

  1. Admission Fee shall be non-refundable.
  2. Security Deposit, Composite Fees will be refunded if paid.

    2. In Case of Mid-Session Withdrawal

    (a). Application for withdrawal shall be in the prescribed format and submitted to the School Office one month before the date of withdrawal.

  1. Admission Fees Shall be non-refundable;
  2. For the student who has paid the full quarter fee, the fee is to be charged up to the end of the month, the student has attended classes and remaining proportionate fees for the quarter to be refunded along with the security deposit
