The Ideal Method of Delivery

Depending upon the difficulty level of the topic, the method of delivery is chosen. The teaching technique varies from Flip classroom technique to flow charts, to Venn diagrams, Visual Aids, Mind Maps and Psychoanalysis.

Informal Assessment

The children are continuously tested through various question/answer round. In case, there is a technical glitch and the audio aid doesn’t support, the class switches to a rapid fire round mode wherein the students answered the one liners in the chat box.

Plenty of feedback tools

Interaction the Key

Students are motivated to interact ardently by inculcating various energisers. These energisers offered a parameter to test their vocabulary, boost their confidence in the class and also keep their interest intact. A lot of brainstorming and problem-solving activities are initiated in the sessions. The energisers are quiz on Anagrams, Synonyms, Antonyms, Debates, Declamations and Extempore. Ice breakers are a great way to change the mood of the students and to let the class be interactive. Keeping this in mind, riddles, spin the wheel, speak on a topic are involved in our regular sessions.

Mentioned above are some of the tools used for online teaching of Mathematics. Students witnessed an array of methodologies taken up to make sessions engaging for them, be it use of whiteboard with different parameters illustrated with different color markers or taking up applets to create a hands-on platform to try concepts like plotting of co-ordinates, Venn diagrams, conducting quiz or using software to depict graphical illustration of trigonometric functions and variations created by changing the parameters.
