Ms. Monika Choudhary

What best captures Monika Choudhary’s essence are these exact words from Robert Frost’s masterwork. Ms. Choudhary, who has worked in the education sector for a decade and a half, started her career as an English teacher while she was still in her late teens pursuing her honours degree in English literature from the University of Calcutta. Her passion for literature inspired her to pursue the same field of study for her postgraduate degree. She also has a B.Ed. and is an SEL Master Trainer now, in addition to numerous additional credentials.
Ms. Choudhary is a versatile young woman who has held positions as a PGT, Head of the English Department, and Activity Coordinator at many reputable schools. She is also particularly interested in artistic forms, including dance, theatre, poetry, painting, and other visual arts. She has received numerous awards for her dance, theatre, and poetry recitation performances. She has taught mime and dance drama to students and has won numerous awards for her schools. She also manages summer camps for energetic young children. Her passion for the stage and microphones has frequently taken her to various locations and occasions where she has hosted significant gatherings.
In her own words, “knowing oneself and exploring possibilities that may come across as impossible tasks is the sole purpose of education. Education is becoming more aware of oneself. Everything else falls into the spectrum and you get a clear perspective when you know who you are.” She thinks it’s important to support children’s individual development, open doors, and create a welcoming atmosphere. She maintains the children’s emotions at the centre of the teaching. She has made a substantial contribution to the development, effective management, assessment, and innovation of the primary, middle, and senior wings of Manav Rachna International School while keeping these guiding principles in mind.
