The excitement was palpable as the students of Grades 1 to 4of MRIS 46 descended on the ‘Manch’ to display their creativity. They assembled to participate in the much awaited ‘Spectrum of Colours’ – a sit and draw competition organised from the 25th to 28th February, 2019. This inter class competition was inaugurated by the lighting of the lamp by Director Principal Ma’am, Ms. Dhriti Malhotra. Her words of encouragement inspired all to exhibit their innate artistic talent. Children had to draw on thought provoking issues of the hour like patriotism, pollution and afforestation. The quality of work exhibited by the participants beat the organisers’ expectations, leaving the judges with the difficult task of choosing the winners among so many talented artists. The positive spirit of the competition prevailed as each participant cheered for the winners.
