On the eighth day of 11th Manav Rachna U-14 Cricket Challenge Cup 2018, Mr. Manvinder Bisla, Indian Cricketer watched the two knockout matches played between the teams. The first match was played between The Pine Crest School and DPSG. DPSG chased the target of 191 runs successfully and scored 193 for 6 wickets in 23.5 over’s and won the match by 4 wickets. Rahul was declared ‘Man of the Match’ for scoring 111 runs.

The second match of the day was played between Lotus Valley International School and Presidium School. Presidium won the match with 186 runs. Vishnu was declared ‘Man of the Match’ for scoring 66 runs and 1 wicket.

The ninth day saw two knockout matches between DAV Public School (Sec 14) and Blue Bells Model School, Sector 10; and GSSS (Civil Lines) and DPS (Sec45). Mr. Rishi Khanna, former cricketer Haryana and Mr. Sonu Sharma, Haryana Ranji Trophy Player graced the occasion. DAV (Sector 14) won the first match with 200 runs at a loss of 7 wickets. Vansh Dhawan was declared man of the match for scoring 75 runs and 1 wicket. GSSS (Civil Lines won the match with 157 runs in 19.4 overs.  Najakat was declared man of the match for getting 3 wickets.
