“It is better to debate a question without settling it than to settle a question without debating it”
– Joseph Joubert
Debate is an academic activity that gives students a creative room for expression. The length and breadth of knowledge that they gain through this is simply unparalleled.
Entab Pvt. Ltd organised an Inter-School Debate Competition for the students of Grades X to XII. The topic was ‘Did WHO fail the world in its pandemic response?’
Reejul Raj and Siddhant Arora from Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood participated in the debate competition. Reejul Raj who spoke against the motion was adjudged the winner. His rebuttal furnished statistics and data which made his arguments more emphatic.
All the participants exhibited great oratory skills. It was an erudite experience for both the participants as well as the other students.
The entire MRIS Charmwood family congratulates Reejul on his win.
