Ms. Anju Dhawan was a bright, diligent and focused student of her times and excelled in her academic odyssey. An alumni of the renowned Lady Irwin College, New Delhi, she was felicitated with a gold medal for outstanding academic performance by the Delhi University. She began her career as a PRT, but blessed with talent and diligence and commitment to evolve as a professional in the academic arena, she kept crossing over boundaries, and moving higher and higher and soon became the Principal at Zee Litera Valley School. Post that she served as the Principal of prestigious schools including The Millennium School, Bathinda and G D Goenka Public School, Kanpur before taking over as the Principal of Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana.
An excellent communicator, meticulous organizer and enthusiastic team leader, she has left no stone unturned in her endeavors to ensure that each and every child under her aegis is provided a platform to blossom to the fullest and spread his or her fragrance all around. She firmly believes that in the contemporary times, being the master of one skill is important but even more significant is to be multifaceted in one’s approach, and so ensures the holistic development of her students. Under her dynamic leadership, the above mentioned schools were felicitated with awards like the Most Futuristic School, third best school of Uttar Pradesh and a special jury award for her leadership. She was awarded by Ms. Smriti Irani as an appreciation of the wonderful academic performance of The Millennium School.
She has also conducted various seminars and workshops on Curriculum development, Coordinator’s Training, Product Training, Crisis Management and Peer Collaboration, Effective Teaching and Behaviour Management, Flip learning, Teamwork and others.
She firmly believes that Everything is POSSIBLE, even impossible says I…M… POSSIBLE.
