WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GET GOING…
MRIS-46 Gurugram celebrated ZIMRIYA, the music fest in the first week of February which culminated on 6th & 7th Feb 2021, physically in the presence of parents in different time slots with proper safety and social distancing guidelines. Zimriya- the musical saga celebrated music, the universal language of mankind. Children were exposed to the mystical ambience of different forms of music, given a platform to create their own model/showpiece of various musical instruments and learn the nuances of melody and dance. Workshops by experts in performing arts were also conducted to assist the young learners to explore various career opportunities in the field of dance and music.
The weekday activities (online) comprised music and art integration, parent involvement, dance workshops, choreography, rhythm and melody. The highlights of the live show were a mesmerizing flute and sitar recital, a rocking live band performance and an Indo-Japanese dance fusion from the land of the rising sun. The classic affair was a runaway success with the participation of the student body, faculty and enthusiastic parents.
