The Academic Excellence Team of Manav Rachna International Schools hosted yet another edition of EduCon (Educational Conversations). This platform has been created to discuss and deliberate on various themes related to education. Dr. Anupam Ahuja, Professor, the Department of Education of Groups with Special Needs at the NCERT, in an interactive session with the Director-MRIS, Sanyogita Sharma, ECCE & Foundation Group Teachers & Leaders shared the Roadmap for Implementation of Curriculum and Pedagogic Reforms underlined in the NEP 2020.

In her address, Dr. Anupam stressed the role and contribution of the ECCE teachers in the early developmental years of the children. She recognized and appreciated the ECCE teachers for the commendable work that they have been doing. During the course of the discussion, she touched upon various aspects of NEP- Multilingualism, Multiple Literacy, Experiential Learning, Special Education Needs and PRAGYATA- Guidelines for Digital Education. She emphasised the importance of play in ECCE to stimulate young minds to generate curiosity and pose challenges. The much informative and enriching session was followed by a QA round.
