The ability to protect oneself physically from harm is a basic human right that should be accessible to everyone, including children. Self-defense is an often overlooked skill in today’s society, but it is of utmost importance. Self-defense not only allows children to tangibly defend themselves against physical attacks, but it also sparks various benefits to them in everyday life.
A session on Self Defense was conducted for the students of Pre Primary by the Taekwondo instructor who gave valuable tips to the little ones to protect themselves from any unwanted situation. Children were shown various techniques which they can follow if any stranger tries to hurt them. It was a very useful and interesting session which the children enjoyed and they participated with full enthusiasm.
