MRIS, Noida celebrated its Citation ceremony for the First Batch of Class 12th. The young minds were felicitated and appreciated for their academic efforts throughout the year. The school Principal Ms. Nindiya Saket and the Headmistress Ms. Priyanka Singh welcomed the parents and the outgoing batch of students.
The blissful morning at Manav Rachna International School began with the worshipping of Goddess Saraswati followed by the spiritual Hawan ceremony. The Hawan was attended by the students and the teaching fraternity. Goddess Saraswati being the goddess of wisdom was prayed and remembered on this auspicious day to bestow upon the students her blessings.
The citations presented by the respective class teachers spoke volumes about a teacher’s veracity and affinity towards the student. The event began on a blissful note by taking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati followed by a mesmerizing song performance by the school choir.
Taking the event further, the parent and the guardian audience were elated by a spellbinding dance performance by the students. The rapturing dance performance was a tribute given to the youngest noble prize winner Malala Yousafzai.
A special song performance was also delivered by the students of Grade 11 which took the students of Grade 12 on their toes.
The proceedings were concluded by the school Principal’s motivational words and blessings for the students.
