MRIS, Noida organized a Career Guidance Workshop and invited all schools in the Hubs of Learning group to benefit from the experience. The workshop was conducted by MINDLER, the world’s most-advanced career assessment, career counseling, and career guidance services with the objective of empowering teachers to mentor the students in a better way. The objective of the workshop was to design better ways to pursue higher studies and open new vistas for them.

The resource persons were Mr. Prikshit Dhanda, co-founder and CEO of MIE (Making India Employable) and Ms. Shilpa, an experienced counselling psychologist. They sensitized the teachers about the multifarious perspective of the various career fields in Indian as well as international universities and highlighted the essentials of the new age universities selection procedure, facing the interview, preference given to regular courses over distance options. Teachers of various schools benefitted from the session and were thankful to the team and the management for being refurbished to nurture the talents of their students towards a brighter future.
