A Langar was organized at the Manav Rachna International School, Noida to commemorate the 550th birth anniversary of the first and foremost Guru, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji recently. Langar, is a term derived from Sikkhism, which means Community Kitchen, where people from all sections and religions, without any discrimination sit together to eat the holy meal under one roof.

The scrumptious dishes were brought by the students who were asked to prepare distinct dishes. The delectable and auspicious langar was relished by all the students of the school along with the faculty members and the administration department.

The holy festival of Eid was also celebrated along with the Gurpurab by distributing luscious kheer.
