Teachers have to possess a great deal of knowledge and skills with regard to both teaching and assessment practices in order to meet those demands and standards of quality education. Manav Rachna considers Teacher learning to be a continuous process that promotes teachers’ teaching skills to master new knowledge, develop new proficiency, which in turn, help improve students’ learning. Thus, multiple training sessions are conducted throughout the year for teachers to upgrade them both academically and technology wise. Regular academic training by experienced mentors, student counsellor and faculty members is a part of the training sessions throughout the year.
