The students of Grades 6-8 of MRIS Mohali created a Safe Traffic Zone in the school campus under the sub-theme of ‘Road Safety’ during the Soft Skills Session. The students made various road safety sign boards and zebra crossing in the school. The children also conducted an interactive session with the students of Grade 1, explaining them the importance of following the signs and symbols on the roads. Principal MRIS Mohali, Ms. Taruna Vashisht said that “We must acquaint our children with traffic rules at an early stage, so that their practice gets stronger as they grow.”
