Students of Grade 5-8, MRIS Mohali went to Mashobra on a three-day-tour as a part of a recreational activity of the school curriculum. The students stayed in cottages at Rocksport Adventure Camp at an altitude of 7200 feet above the sea level. The excursion provided students an opportunity to explore the countryside and rejuvenate in the lush green mountains. Away from the rush of city life, students participated in many adventurous activities like mountain biking, zip lining, and night trekking, etc. “Field trips are a great resource for teachers, a fun team-building and a fantastic learning experience for students”, said Ms. Taruna Vashisht, Principal MRIS Mohali.
