MRIS, Mohali has always encouraged its students to be the changemakers to protect the environment so that future generations can enjoy the natural resources.
Keeping this goal of sustainability in mind and celebrating the International Upcycling Day recently, students of Grades 2-5, upcycled waste tin, glass and plastic containers available with them as planters for their study table. They enjoyed decorating the same in demo sessions with their teachers using twigs, leaves, pebbles and other decorations.
