We have an education system that builds the learners’ character and empowers them in all aspects – mental, physical, emotional and social. Our educational programmes are complemented by state-of-the-art-facilities and resources and numerous opportunities for children to engage and excel. Lessons are devised in line with National Education Policy 2020. Curriculum based on International Standards, embedded with meaningful and appropriate activities imparts a global dimension to student development.
The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum which is designed to match the educational needs of the children within the requirement of the CBSE. An important goal of our curriculum is to enable children to learn how to learn and to develop an appreciation of the value and practice of lifelong learning. The senior wing grooms the students to excel academically and perform well in Board Exams
Our objective is to equip the students with knowledge, skills and values which will enable them to take responsibility and effectiveness, gain life skills for their personal and professional development and grow into young adults who are socially aware of their responsibilities towards the society.
MRIS encourages project based learning when it comes to creating a generation that is adaptive, innovative and future-ready. These projects are designed in such a way that the course content is beautifully blended for easy understanding of students through presentations, creating 3D models etc.
Encouraging students to flip learning classes enables them to understand organizational skills, responsibility and leadership qualities. Our inquiry-based approach empowers students to take ownership of their learning so that it becomes a lifelong pursuit.
A student-centric approach encourages students to take learning into their own hands, as opposed to being directed or prompted by a teacher. Children take responsibility for making choices about what they will learn and explore. The teacher acts more as a partner to guide the child in their individual journey. The teachers listen for cues and watch interests develop to create an appropriate curriculum for each individual. Child-centred education inspires students to explore what they are most curious about.
International Student Exchange Programmes, Young Pen Felt learners program, E- Newsletter, Project Based Learning, Field Visits, Debates, Declamations, Symposiums, Power Point Presentations, Panel Discussions, Community Service Projects and Guest Lectures by eminent personalities from diversified portfolios in the senior wing are organized.

Emphasis is placed on learning through curriculum related trips, talks by invited speakers, webinars and virtual tours etc. MRIS updates its curriculum annually to keep pace with the advance in technology and modification in CBSE syllabus.
Technology used at MR not only deepens student learning in the content areas but also empowers them with life skills which help them to meet the challenges of tomorrow. MR helps children explore new frontiers in an exciting, educationally stimulating environment.

We have successfully been able to train students on time management skill, effective communication, building effective interpersonal skill, decision making skill and teamwork. The sessions take place with the help of interactive activities, power point presentations and videos.
The students are exposed to different sources of livelihood and career options to help them to decide how they will contribute to the society and make a niche for themselves in this competitive world. Young minds need proper guidance that will make them potent to stand in society and make a name for themselves. Through counselling, children are given advice on how to manage and deal with emotional conflict and personal problems. It not only helps them to make decisions pertaining to their professional career, but it also makes them confident and mentally prepare them for societal hardships.
Through various workshops and classroom interactions, our career counseling department organizes various career awareness programs for students. Experts from various professions and fields are also invited to interact with the students.
A Psychometric Testing are conducted regularly which reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the students.
