“World Nature Conservation Day” celebration

“World Nature Conservation Day” celebration

Conservation of nature is our utmost priority as each and every activity on this planet earth depends on nature and any activity performed on this planet affects the earth. To give students an understanding of this phenomena and with the objective to maintain and conserve natural resources, The World Nature Conservation Day was celebrated at MRIS-51, Gurugram. Through Annual Projects, the students were given an awareness and taught the best practices to protect their natural resources.

They were motivated to get connected with the planet by doing various activities like planting more trees, making bottle gardens, saving energy, water etc. On the occasion of “World Nature Conservation Day”, students of Grade VIII (Bose & Kalam) spread the message of conserving nature through poster making, article writing, poetry writing and Group discussion on conservation. It was heartening to see a display of strong commitment made by the students to save and sustain wildlife and the beautiful Flora and Fauna.
