“Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader. They set out to make a difference. It’s never about the role-always about the GOAL”
Potential Leaders of tomorrow are groomed, developed and raised in the miniature world of an educational institution through diverse portfolios that are offered to mark a difference. With this objective, MRIS-51, Gurugram hosted its very first Virtual Investiture Ceremony recently. The Voice of Candidate Form was shared with the students as a part of the selection process. An online interview was conducted with Clan Mentors and Assistant Mentors, and students were selected for the second round wherein they had to participate in live speech. The final round was conducted with the Principal, Academic Coordinators and Clan Incharge and the student council members were selected. It was organized with all its grandeur.
The newly-appointed council members were adorned with badges. All the designated members took the oath, promised to serve the institution and perform their duties whole-heartedly and sincerely. The elected members were brimming with confidence to shoulder the assigned duties.
The Principal, Ms. Alpana Baveja, blessed and congratulated the elected Student Council and stressed on the significance of setting priorities and the need to be great communicators. It instilled a belief in everyone present in the ceremony in all that needs to be done, especially in the elected student council members. It was a moment of pride and gaiety for everyone.
