GRADE-X students of MRIS-51 Gurugram used the instructional strategy flipped classroom blended with role play to explain the Lesson ‘THE THIEF’S STORY’ from their course book ‘FIRST FLIGHT’. Their teachers felicitated them with the idea and environment that guided and supported them on how to apply the strategy and engage themselves creatively. In doing so, the students enjoyed a great deal of collaborative work and active learning experiences. The strategy proved to be very effective as students learnt at their own pace and were able to beautifully explain the plot, characters, the theme and message of the story.
