Halloween was celebrated in MRIS-51, Gurugram as a part of the ongoing IPC theme – Food, Festival and Clothing. For kids, it was a fun and frolic extravaganza with a lot of activity stations to try their hands in making craft, decorating trick or treat paper bags and face painting as per their choice from the available designs (pumpkin, ghosts, scarecrows, witches etc.) Various fun games like Musical chair, Hide the pumpkin and ‘Pin the hat on the witch’ were planned for the kids.
Kids shared the Halloween treat bags with their friends. They relished theme based party food with their friends which showcased the creativity and enthusiasm of parents as well. It added on to the value of sharing and feasting with friends on all the festivals. All of them were dressed up in Halloween attire as ghosts, witches, vampires, bats, etc. They also enjoyed ramp walk. Evidently, there was much excitement all around.
