Education is a never ending process. Several learning sessions are organized for teachers to encourage skill enhancement and a better understanding of children with special needs. Some of them include:
- Effective Communication presented by Dr Pulkit Sharma; he explained a number of techniques and strategies with examples and also took up various classroom situations for an emphatic explanation.
- Interactive Session by Dr Geet Oberoi, she gave an insight into maximizing the accommodations given by CBSE and empowering the students with special education needs by utilizing them efficiently.
- Learning Perspective– conducted and presented by well-experienced special educators of our department, giving the regular teachers an insight into the mind of a child with special needs.
Joy of Present Moment presented by Dr Sophia Ali where she focuses on the importance of mindfulness using movement based expressive art therapy.
