Tejas  excels at All-India Painting Competition

The Heritage Education and Communication Service (HECS) division of INTACH had organized an All-India Painting Competition ‘PAANI KI KAHAANI- MY WATER HERITAGE’ recently. Five students from MRIS-46 had been shortlisted for the same. The children showcased their exceptional skills, and coordination of mind and hand. It was a day when creativity was exploding from every piece of art. The competition not only served its sole purpose but also gave a platform to the budding artists to display their vivid ideas.

Out of the 14,000 students nationwide who had participated in the competition, Tejas Bajaj of MRIS-46 was declared as one of the three Regional Winners. This young artist from Grade VII has made the school, as well as the city, proud. M.F. Husain, being his inspiration, this 12 year old creative genius is sure to do wonders with his pencils and brushes. His motto is, as he says, “to paint the world with love and laughter.”

MRIS-46 wishes Tejas the best for his future endeavours.
