‘Internships are a great way to develop Professional Skills, Knowledge, Communication Skills and most importantly Confidence’

Recently, Psychology students of Manav Rachna International School – Sector 46, Gurgaon attended the 6 days “Psychology Internship” conducted by The Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences department of Fortis Hospital Gurgaon.

The students got to experience real life case study discussions with the Experts in the field of Psychology. They interacted with the Industry Veterans from Fortis- Clinical Psychologists, Sports Psychologist, Counseling Psychologists, Psych oncologists. One of the sessions was also conducted by Dr. Samir Parikh, Director Mental Health and Behavioral Science, Fortis which provided an insight into Inclusion and the importance mental health support groups as a part of every institution

All the students received a ‘Certificate of Participation’ and more importantly a sneak peak into Psychology as a future career for themselves.
