‘If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.’

The above mantra reverberated during the Investiture Ceremony at MRIS-46, Gurugram while the league of students from the senior school was bestowed with prestigious positions in the Student Council. The online ceremony was attended by the respected Director Principal Ms. Dhriti Malhotra; Vice Principal Ms. Surabhi Joshi, HMs, members of the teaching faculty, parents, and students.

The event began with the rendition of self-composed poems by the students of Grade XII. Director Principal, Ms. Dhriti Malhotra in her address encouraged the Student Council members to rise to the challenges of the new normal and lead by example. She motivated the students to emulate the school’s vision and mission in their temperament and actions.

The ceremonial pinning of badges and handing over the sashes to the newly elected office bearers including the Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, Sports’ Captain, Head Girl, Head Boy, members of the No Planet B Committee and Editorial Board was done by the parents. The office bearers took the oath to abide by the school’s ideology and principles and vowed to be the right influencers rather than being an authoritative figure.

The Vice Principal Ms. Surabhi Joshi administered the Vote of Thanks and encouraged the students to embark upon this new journey with exuberance and optimism.
