The Annual School Election for the session 2023 was held at MRIS-21C. The council election was a two-day process. 

The election process took place in the school premises for all the four houses, for electing students for the post of House Captains,, Sports Captain, Vice headboy/Vice headgirl and Head boy/Headgirl . Students took an active part in the selection process.

The students from all the houses filed their nomination for various positions. The students first began campaigning for their respective posts.

Nominees were selected and judged on their class performance, co-scholastics, participation in school events, individual efforts and initiatives, general attitude and behaviour, and speech.

Students casted their vote one after another as they received an identification mark on their finger as a sign of participation. A sense of secrecy and respect for voting could be seen during the election process throughout.
