Students at MRIS-21C presented a special assembly on the occasion of the Nobel laureate, Rabindra Nath Tagore’s birth anniversary.

The day, popularly known as Pnochishe Boishakh is a celebration of the contributions of the great writer, poet, painter and dramatist.

A beautiful rendition of the song ‘Ekla Chalo Re’ was presented by the students who showed great zeal and enthusiasm in highlighting the values and principles of Rabindranath Tagore’s life.

Through the celebration, which included poems, songs and speeches, we tried to pay our humble tribute to the towering personality of India. The presentations helped students understand the contribution made by the multi-faceted genius.

We also celebrated National Technology Day which symbolised the achievement of India in the field of science & technology.
