Professional Development Program

Integration and Collaborator is the most used terminologies in today’s world of education because they’re the most needed for effective learning; therefore, Collaborative learning Workshops were conducted at MRIS-21C for early as well as middle years teachers. The objective of the same was to enable the teachers to reflect on the professional, personal, intellectual, physical and social attributes of a teacher.

The session started with an address by the Principal, Ms. Seema Anis where she talked about aspects of a conducive learning environment that forms the core of a school culture. She talked about the vision of the institution which is ‘value based education that creates morally upright individuals’.

The key pointers of the professional character of a teacher were also listed and explained in a session, which stressed that learning involves critical thinking, creative thinking, communication and collaboration.

It was an interactive and engaging workshop to help teachers share their thoughts freely to help create positive learning environments.
