Reading stimulates our imagination and expands our understanding of the world is what everyone knows; however, the reading sessions conducted at MRIS 21C helps students and parents realise how independent reading rewards all with that shimmering sense of accomplishment!

At MRIS-21 C we aim to inculcate reading habits among children by creating a conducive reading environment.

A solid foundation in reading is crucial to a child’s success therefore we begin with the initial teaching of phonics at an early age. Guided reading session where the teacher is just a facilitator allowing students to err and learn from their mistakes is conducted regularly at school to help our young learners enjoy the beauty of exploring and reaching the Eureka moment!
