Grandparents hold a very special place in a child’s life. The immeasurable love that they shower upon the grandchildren is a blessing for them. To celebrate this cherished bond between grandparents and grandchildren, Grandparents Day was celebrated at MRIS-21C, Faridabad and grandparents of the kids were invited to be a part of the celebration. It was heartening to see grandparents wholeheartedly participating in large numbers. Various activities and games were planned for them to join in along with their grandchildren. The enthusiastic grandparents and the energetic grandchildren made a wonderful team and participated with verve. The grandparents also shared some common home-remedies that can be of use to the children. The special bond that grandparents share with their grandchildren was evident through the day. The icing on the cake was the presence of a great-grandmother who had visited to bless the children and the school.
