This week at MRIS-21C, Earth Day was celebrated and the message to ‘Go green and make our Earth a beautiful place to live’ was spread among all. 

On the occasion of Earth Day, an array of activities were organised to sensitise the students about the conservation of natural resources and to do their bit in making the planet beautiful.

The week started off with a beautiful assembly with students sharing the need to conserve our resources.

The highlight of the week was a ‘Composting workshop’ organised by the teachers for the early years to educate the students as well as the parents, who were also a part of the workshop,on how to turn trash into treasure.

The session ended with a message

‘ The earth does not belong to us, we belong to the earth.’
