Grade IV D (Antarctic) of MRIS-Sector 14, Faridabad conducted their virtual class assembly on the theme ‘We are the change-makers’. The assembly began with Gayatri Mantra to take the blessings of Almighty God followed by a warning on the degradation of nature and its consequences. The students enthusiastically presented a role-play depicting how Mother Earth would be crying for help from her fellow planets to provide shelter to her children ‘Humans’ if we do not wake up even now. The students also presented a euphonic song mentioning that there is no planet B and immediate action is the need of the hour. They beautifully conveyed the importance of 3R’s (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle) and the assembly concluded with a message that we should all contribute our bit to save our Mother Earth and bring the desired change in our world.
