Virtual Assembly on ‘Time and Tide wait for none’ by Grade IV students

Time is the most valuable thing that a man can spend.

Ordinary people spend their time but great people use it. The value of time was very well highlighted by the students of Grade 4 (Mediterranean Sea) of MRIS -Sector14, Faridabad, through the virtual class assembly. The theme of the assembly was “Time and tide wait for none”. It is a famous old saying which is said to emphasize that people cannot stop the passing of time and therefore should not delay doing things. The meaning of this proverb was effectively showcased by students through an array of performances like skit, poem, song etc.

The assembly began with thanking the Almighty God for showering his blessings with a very graceful dance performance on Ganesh Vandana. The young learners beautifully enacted a skit to showcase the importance of time. The assembly concluded with a melodious song.

The participants were appreciated by the Vice Principal ma’am Ms. Monika Kathuria for a wonderful show put forward by them and enlightened them with her words of wisdom advising them to be punctual and not delay the work.
