A host of Grade X-XII students of MRIS- 14 visited THSTI, NCR BioTech plant, Faridabad with an aim to create, nurture and explore myriad avenues in science and related areas. At THSTI, the agenda was to integrate the field of medicine, science, engineering and technology into translational knowledge and make the resulting biomedical innovations accessible to public health.

The students visited animal specimen repository and molecular biology lab. They were made aware of profound researches being carried on in the labs. This visit was an eye opener for the students who were really interested in making their career in biology. There was an array of competitions like poem recitation, rap songs, painting competition etc. organised by the resource people where students won recognition and appreciation.

Keeping in mind the relevance of hands-on-experience, students were also exposed to a variety of activities such as Laboratory visits, Model making and competitions, popular science lectures and Tete-a-Tete with renowned scientists. It was an enriching experience for the students to dive deep into the world of science.
