“A time for celebration, a time for victory of good over evil, a time when the world sees the example of the power of good.”

To keep the festive spirit alive, a special assembly on Dussehra was conducted at MRIS-14 Faridabad by the students of Nursery with great zeal and fervour. Adorned in attractive outfits, students presented musical Ramayan depicting the life of Lord Rama. The students were dressed up as the characters from Ramayana. The celebration marked the victory of Lord Rama over the evil king Ravana and reinforced the message of triumph of good over evil.

The presentation enthralled the audience with immense spirituality when the children performed with confidence. Students also glorified the occasion by singing melodious “Ram Stuti” followed by a spectacular dance performance of “Ram Darbar”. Children also danced on the foot tapping numbers of dandiya marking the occasion of Navratri. The celebration was graced by Director Principal, Ms. Mamta Wadhwa; Proctor, Mr. Verma and Vice-Principal, Ms. Monika Kathuria.

The Director Principal appreciated the efforts of each and every student, and emphasized that this day is considered not only the victory of Ram but also the victory of mankind.
