Sound health is a product of healthy cooking! To make students aware of this fact, MRIS-14, Faridabad organized an ‘Intra Class Little Chef Activity’ for the students of Grade IV.
The activity was conducted with a view to create awareness about the nutritional value of food cooked without flame, the necessity and advantages of healthy eating and to encourage students to stay away from junk food. The young enthusiasts donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills. Children participated with full zeal and ebullience as they doled out nutritious yet delectable delicacies. The fervent participants surprised everyone with their culinary talents.
The students prepared many healthy dishes using easy and quick recipes. They coined very interesting and creative titles for their dishes. It was a feast for eyes and stomach as the students served the dishes in an artistic and aesthetic way which was most appealing, and the displays were a visual treat tickling to the taste buds. Director Principal, Ms. Mamta Wadhwa and Vice Principal, Ms. Monika Kathuria appreciated all the participants.
