MRIS- Sector 14, Faridabad once again opened a gateway to the people for learning and equipping them with computer skills by organising a Computer Literacy Programme for parents and grandparents. This initiative is undertaken under the aegis of Dr. O. P. Bhalla Foundation every year. The school proudly shares that this was the tenth phase of the programme.

Under this ten-day training, the participants learnt computer basics, internet navigation, sending email, chatting, making online payments, using storage devices, digital cameras and several android mobile applications.

The training culminated with the addressal of the Headmistress, Ms. Minakshi Sharma. She encouraged the participants to make use of the technology for their everyday purpose. She further added that this training will also help them to stay in touch with their family via emailing and video chatting.

The participants were overwhelmed when they were awarded the ‘participation certificate’. They also shared that they feel updated and more comfortable in handling the computer now. They also thanked the institution for giving them this opportunity and showed their gratitude towards the teachers- Ms. Shikha Bansal and Ms. Richa Chopra for conducting the sessions.
