The students of Grades V to VIII had a wonderful opportunity of spending an informative and interactive morning with ace shooters and husband-wife duo of Heena Sidhu (former world record holder in the 10-meter air pistol event) and Ronak Pandit (Gold medalist at the 2016 Commonwealth Games). The inspiring couple spoke to the students about the nuances of pistol shooting and its benefits in developing concentration, posture and coordination of the body. Mr Sarkar Talwar, Director, Sports, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions was also present during the interaction.
