As part of Annual Project 5 “Life on land”, the students of Primary wing at MRIS Charmwood have been learning about reducing the use of plastic in their daily lives. Keeping this in mind, the students presented saplings in old coconut shells to the school’s gardener. Usually saplings are planted in small plastic pots or plastic bags. This initiative helped raise awareness among the students and school staff regarding the dangers of using plastic. It also sent out a message about planting more trees.
