Laughter Yoga Week

“Life is better when you’re laughing”

The students of Primary Wing at Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood learnt that fun and laughter are the best ways to gain health and happiness. It was delightful to see the children jump, explore and laugh heartily during the laughter yoga sessions. These fun-filled sessions included clapping, warming up, deep breathing and laughter exercises.

The children learnt that laughter strengthens the immune system, reduces pain and increases efficiency. All they had to do was to laugh their way to good health.
