Students of Primary and Middle wing presented wonderful assemblies on the occasion of Diwali recently. The assemblies started with soulful Ram bhajans which filled the spiritual atmosphere with rhythm and symphony.

Grade III (North America) students were made aware of the importance of festival. They also presented a short play to tell everyone why Laxmi and Ganesh are worshipped together. Grade I (Expressions) presented a vibrant Diwali dance. The students of Grade V (C. V. Raman) also encouraged the audience to celebrate green Diwali through a rally.

Grade VII (Chandrashekhar) students highlighted the importance of a ‘Pollution Free Diwali’ through a skit.

Ms. Sanyogita Sharma, Director MRIS wished everyone a safe and prosperous Diwali. The assembly culminated with everyone taking blessings from Lord Rama through Aarti.
