Children are a reservoir of creativity and caliber. Responsibility of channelizing this enormous treasure lies with their school. Many a time, children waste most crucial years of their schooling, struggling to know what brings out the best in them. We, at MRIS 21C Faridabad, sincerely work towards removing this roadblock in a child’s growth by exposing them to multifarious activities.

One activity cannot cater to a child’s huge spectrum of talent and creativity. That is why we involve our students in diverse activities to help them explore themselves in areas hitherto not ventured into by them. 100% participation is what we encourage for all the grades and activities. This way, each child gets a taste of every activity and enjoys exploring self. Children learn important life skills in the course of this journey of 100% participation. They learn to step out of their comfort zone, they learn to work in teams as well as independently, to share and respect each other’s ideas and so much more.

Every child is different, unique in his own way, with varying potentials and inclinations.  There are a few children who are less expressive and do not take initiatives in expressing themselves alone, are also encouraged to be part of any activity along with their peers. This way mandatory participation by all ensures that even complacent students get pushed towards doing that extra bit. Every step towards participation makes way for more of confidence and enhanced skill set in students.

Children are expected to be good decision-makers as they reach senior classes. They are required to make choices of subjects, hobbies and then careers they want to pursue. This decision-making ability rests on being well-informed and experienced about the options. We enable our students for such future challenges by exposing them to different activities, events, and workshops with full participation.

As William Arthur puts it, “Do more than belong: participate” and that is what our students at MRIS 21C do, participate in full attendance with utmost zeal and sincerity.
