The sole objective of teaching is to impart an adequate knowledge of the subject and teachers become instruments of sharing knowledge. The learning objectives are designed to equip the teachers with basic pedagogic skills, thereby developing the learning skills in a student. One of the forms of innovative teaching ideas been incorporated is the Gamification wherein non-detailed lessons are made interactive by dividing the students to take part in a quiz. Not only do they learn on their own, i.e., sustained self-reading, but also get involved in answering the questions with a competitive spirit. The students who do not study are also encouraged to study as they see their peer group involved in answering and hence, the teaching-learning process becomes a success.
The lesson taught becomes understandable when the difficult words are introduced with the objective of making the students familiarized with MPF, i.e., meaning, pronunciation and form. Hence, the student not only writes the word meaning but is also able to understand its pronunciation thereby removing all misunderstanding making them able to use it in their own sentences. In addition to that, each child is supposed to donate a word into a box and at the end of the month, each child picks out 2 words and use them in the sentences, thereby, enriching their vocabulary.
