Community Outreach Programme
Education is all about bringing a change, not just in one’s self but in one’s surroundings too. MRIS schools have always made conscious effort to reach out to the community at large. Be it plantation drives, blood donation drive, green initiatives, sustainable development initiatives, cleanliness drives, food drives we have generously contributed in all.
During any natural calamity, students are sensitized to care and share. They collect toys, clothes, stationary and other utility items to help the needy. The school actively contributes in the “ Ek mutthi daan” drive, an initiative of Dr. O.P. Bhalla Foundation with the motto that no one sleeps hungry.
The school teachers along with students also provide educational support to the students of Govt. Girls High School, Mohna village.
Teachers went the extra mile as they happily joined the Teacher on Call Program (under Dr. O.P. Bhalla Foundation) to help students, with no access to technology, cope with their academic needs and respond to their queries.
