Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana tends to create empowered and responsible citizens to give a bright and promising direction to the country. We believe that children are like wet cement; the impressions we make on them today will accompany them for a lifetime. Life skills are an integral part of the child-centred curriculum followed by the school. As a part of the Annual Project under the theme- Global Literacy Program, the students of Grade IV took upon the task of making one member of the society literate in their immediate surrounding. They were explained about the importance and power of being educated and were motivated to help the less privileged ones to read and write. The students welcomed the task assigned and completed it with loving hearts and smiling faces. The mentors believe in inculcating the values of humanity and sympathy through such projects. The contribution of each and every individual will definitely bring a positive and significant change in society.
