Teachers at MRIS-21C, Faridabad attended a Wellness Workshop recently in the school premises. The workshop was conducted by Dr Gunjan Bhola, Senior Consultant and Unit Head, Department of Women’s Health and Prevention, Asian Hospital Faridabad. She addressed many lifestyle related questions of the teachers and explained them the importance of right nutrition and healthy lifestyle for better health and overall well-being. It was an interesting and enriching workshop for all.
