Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood is a co-educational CBSE school. Hemang Mehra is the topper of the school with 98% followed by Shaurya Singhal at 97.75% and Shreshth Kapoor at 97.5%

Latest @ MRIS Faridabad Charmwood

The investiture ceremony at MRIS Charmwood was held with grandeur and magnifecene reflecting the institution’s commitment to fostering leadership and responsibility among its students. With a constellation of eminent educationists and business leaders  gracing the occasion with their presence, this celebration marked a significant milestone in the academic year, honouring the newly elected student council members.

Among the luminaries in attendance was the illustrious Dr R Balasubramanium, a Development Expert, Public Policy Analyst,  a Leadership Trainer and an Author, who was the Chief Guest for the event . Noteworthy among the honoured guests were Mr Gaurav Yadav, Founder and Moderator of Indian Principal’s Network and Ms Laurre-Anne Parpaleix  who collaborates with Policy Makers including governments worldwide to scale up finance for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Ms Sanyogita Sharma, Director Manav Rachna Schools, also graced the occasion with her benevolent presence.

The formal proceedings began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the pursuit of knowledge. The school choir then performed a melodious invocation song, setting a serene and respectful tone for the ceremony.

The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by the Principal Ms Divjot Kaur, who highlighted the importance of leadership and the role of the student council in promoting a positive school environment. The Principal’s speech was followed by a motivational address by Ms Sanyogita Sharma, Director Manav Rachna International Schools whose words of wisdom inspired the students to embrace their new roles with dedication and integrity.

The presence of alumni, parents, and teachers added to the solemnity and significance of the event. Their support and encouragement underscored the collaborative spirit that is integral to MRIS University’s community.

Following this, the Principal introduced the newly elected student council members. Each member was called upon to take the stage, where they were bestowed with their respective badges of office. The badges, a symbol of their duties and responsibilities, were pinned by the Guest of Honour. As each student received their badge, they pledged to uphold the values and principles of MRIS Chamwood, promising to lead by example and work diligently for the betterment of the school community.

The newly appointed Head Boy, Ariv Bansal and Head Girl Nethra Ramakrishnan, delivered acceptance speeches, expressing their gratitude for the trust placed in them and outlining their vision for the upcoming year. Their speeches resonated with the audience, reflecting the enthusiasm and commitment of the student leaders.

This was followed by a stellar dance performance by the students.  It was applauded by one and all.

The ceremony concluded with the motivational words of the Chief Guest Dr Balasubramanium  and the Guest of Honour, Mr Gaurava Yadav .The investiture ceremony at MRIS Charmwood was a resounding success, leaving an indelible mark on all attendees. It not only celebrated the achievements of the student council but also reinforced the values of leadership, responsibility, and community that are central to the ethos of MRIS University.

22 April 2024, celebrated as Earth Day was initiated at MRIS Charmwood to inspire the staff and students to rejoice and cherish the beautiful planet and to awaken the people on how they can be an asset in saving the Earth from pollution, global warming, water scarcity and other several concerns.

Array of creative activities were organized with a view to sensitize the children about the conservation of natural resources and to motivate them to do their bit towards making their planet even more beautiful. Our Environmental conservationists across all the Wings contributed by indulging into hands-on learning experiences.

The tiny tots of K2, enthused with excitement, engaged in an Earth Day craft activity wherein they coloured the picture of Earth and drew illustrations showcasing ways to conserve resources such as water, electricity and ways to nurture plants to contribute to Earth’s preservation

Students of Middle Wing, participated in activities related to Hydroponic that helped them investigate various nutrient solutions to create maximum awareness and impact. Habitat creation Symposium was conducted to incorporate art into animal habitat and also to instill a sense of environmental responsibility and appreciation for the natural world. In addition to this, students show cased their creativity through eco-themed art installations, posters, slogans illustrating their concern for planet and their dedication to preserve its beauty.
